I am watching Folly Bah Thibault doing an interview with the Prime Minister of Pakistan. This is an example of the ideal interview; the interviewer (Folly) is highly receptive and probing in her questioning, while remaining polite and discreet. She lets the interviewee speak. She does not try to upstage.
Her English is flawless. Her pronunciation is perfect. Her appearance is riveting. Her means of expression quite delightful. Her voice is gently assertive.
I would find it so difficult to be interviewed by Folly. Her beauty would distract me.
